Our fully automatic plant and technical expertise offer a long-life PVC hosepipe with a softer and smoother inside wall, which minimises resistance during flow and ensures optimum performance.
We produce hose pipe under rigorously controlled conditions. Proper and adequate reinforcement is secured by placing hard spirals of rigid PVC in the soft wall, which gives strength to the wall as well as the required flexibility to the entire hose length. This also provides outstanding crush resistance and working pressure rating.

From Compound to Coil
How Our Hoses Are Made
Each stage is controlled in-house so every metre of hose offers the same flexibility, strength and smooth flow.
Spiral Reinforcement
Hard spirals of rigid PVC are placed in the soft wall for strength, crush resistance and flexibility.
Smooth Inner Wall
A softer, smoother inside wall minimises resistance during flow and ensures optimum performance.
